What is eAccounts?
eAccounts is an online service that allow students to:
- deposit funds online using a credit card
- deactivate a lost card
- check balances
- view transaction activity
- generate statements
- allow family and friends to deposits funds
Who is eligible to use eAccounts?
eAccounts is available to all active students that are registered and enrolled. All students with a my.ryerson ID may access the site, however only those with an active OneCard account, activated based on enrollment, will be able to view and/or use all functions. Please note, students with a newly created my.ryerson online identity will have access and functionality to eAccounts within 48 hours of activation.
What methods of payments are accepted?
eAccounts accepts Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard or Amex.
How long does it take for a deposit to appear in my account?
Deposits will appear immediately and be ready for use. You may check the Account Summary page to verify the credit and updated balance. For successful deposit, please follow all steps during the payment process to ensure you complete the transaction. If you have any issues with your transaction, please contact the OneCard Office by email at onecard@ryerson.ca or visit Jorgenson Hall, Room JOR-02.
What information do I need to make a guest Deposit?
eAccounts allow guests (ex. parents, family and friends) to make anonymous deposits to a student’s OneCard. For the system locate the account, the following student information is required:
- Last name
- Ryerson email address
- Ryerson student ID number
Can I deposit to a Faculty/Staff OneCard or CashCard?
eAccounts is only available to student OneCards at the moment. To deposit to a Faculty/Staff OneCard or CashCard using a credit card, please visit the OneCard Office in Jorgenson Hall, Room JOR-02.
